Applewood chips are one of the best firewoods. They have a heavenly sweet smell, and are great for both cooking and smoking as the chips burn hot without giving off too much flame. Applewood chips work perfectly when paired with our charcoal or embers left from burning our logs and chunks. Adding a flavour that is mildly smoky with hints of fruity sweetness.

The flavour and quick cooking time of applewood chips is perfectly matched with shellfish, poultry and vegetables although they will complement just about anything.

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. Our courier partner, Parcelforce, will collect from us on weekdays and will deliver to you within 2-4 working days of collection. Parcelforce will send you a notification when they have received your shipment and will notify you when it is en route for delivery. This will also include your tracking number. If you're not home to receive your wood, Parcelforce will contact you to rearrange your delivery.
