A traditional British cooking wood, hazel is a great all-rounder. Although it produces a low flame it gives off a rich smoke lending itself perfectly to more robust flavours.

This wood pairs well with bold flavours, so beef, goat, lamb, pork, poultry and vegetables.

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. Our courier partner, Parcelforce, will collect from us on weekdays and will deliver to you within 2-4 working days of collection. Parcelforce will send you a notification when they have received your shipment and will notify you when it is en route for delivery. This will also include your tracking number. If you're not home to receive your wood, Parcelforce will contact you to rearrange your delivery.
