We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. Our courier partner, Parcelforce, will collect from us on weekdays and will deliver to you within 2-4 working days of collection. Parcelforce will send you a notification when they have received your shipment and will notify you when it is en route for delivery. This will also include your tracking number. If you're not home to receive your wood, Parcelforce will contact you to rearrange your delivery.
All orders to the UK over £50 will receive free shipping. Anything under that, irrespective of the size or shape of your order, is a flat fee of £6.50. For a shipping or returns inquiry please contact us here.
