Hazel is one of the most prolific tree species growing in our British hedgerows and mixed woodlands. It is a traditional British cooking wood and has been harnessed for its superb cooking qualities for centuries.
Hazel wood smoke pairs well with bold flavours like beef, goat, lamb, pork, poultry and vegetables.
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. Our courier partner, Parcelforce, will collect from us on weekdays and will deliver to you within 2-4 working days of collection. Parcelforce will send you a notification when they have received your shipment and will notify you when it is en route for delivery. This will also include your tracking number. If you're not home to receive your wood, Parcelforce will contact you to rearrange your delivery.
