Kindling

The small pieces of wood you use to start a fire are called kindling. Kindling helps a fire get going because it's small and dry so easily flammable. Once the kindling is burning, it can ignite the larger pieces of wood in your fire.

Quality kindling along with a decent eco firelighter is the best way to ensure your chunk or log fire gets off to the best start and burns intensely with plenty of energy to ignite the large logs that you will be cooking on.

Woodsmith kindling comes in a 3kg box, and just a handful of around 8 or 10 pieces goes a really long way so 3kg will provide you with plenty of fire cooking experiences and fun.

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. Our courier partner, Parcelforce, will collect from us on weekdays and will deliver to you within 2-4 working days of collection. Parcelforce will send you a notification when they have received your shipment and will notify you when it is en route for delivery. This will also include your tracking number. If you're not home to receive your wood, Parcelforce will contact you to rearrange your delivery.
